Since 2004, all of my jobs have involved coaching and consulting. The focus has been different depending on the organization:
increase collaboration in a school district professional development program
improve student performance as coordinator of a university mentoring program
strengthen the safety culture of Oregon businesses to keep people from getting injured
help teams work better and communicate better in my current job
In all of these postions, I have looked to use technology to provide engaging and effective education.
