A technology audit is a tool to assist both individuals and the organization. This tool can be used in the workplace to identify available resources, to conduct yearly inventories, and most importantly, to facilitate discussions regarding future technology needs and budgeting.

Participating in continued professional development is essential to effective teaching and training. Learning from others, getting feedback, and designing tools to facilitate communication is very important. The following artifacts demonstrate my commitment as an educator to continually develop and lead efforts to improve our organization.

Implementing an effective eLearning program requires planning, communication, and collaboration. This essay outlines best practices for developing online training and dispels several assumptions that could negatively impact the success of a program.
This artifact demonstrates participation in learning communities to improve my work.
Feedback is important to professional development. This artifact is a product from a class on designing information using effective design principles. There were many iterations of the design and each was assessed and refined to develop an effective final product.
